He was born on 04th March 1981 in Nikšić where he finished elementary school and high school, gymnasium. He graduated from Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor – Management Department in 2003 with an average mark 9.40. He finished master studies at the Faculty of Economy in Subotica in 2008 defending the thesis on “Integrated marketing logistics in management system of Port of Bar”.
