docent | Elektrotehnički fakultet Anđela Draganić je rođena u Nikšiću. Osnovnu školu i gimnaziju (prirodno-matematički smjer) završila je u Nikšiću. Dobitnik je diplome „Luča 1”. Elektrotehnički fakultet u Podgorici je upisala na smjeru Elektronika, telekomunikacije i računari. Magistarski rad pod nazivom “Dekompozicija i rekonstrukcija multikomponentnih signala korišćenjem vremensko-frekvencijske analize i Compressive Sensing-a” je odbranila u julu 2013. godine.
