vanredni profesor | Elektrotehnički fakultet Žarko Zečević je rođen 01.01.1989. godine u Nikšiću. Osnovnu školu „Dušan Bojović“ je završio u Župi Nikšićkoj, nakon čega je upisao gimnaziju „Stojan Cerović“ u Nikšiću. Za postignute rezultate u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi nagrađen je diplomom „Luča“.
