Časlav Brukner is Professor of Quantum Information Theory and Foundations of Quantum Physics at the University of Vienna and Scientific Director of the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (IQOQI) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. His research encompasses quantum reference frames, indefinite causal order, and questions concerning the boundaries between quantum and classical descriptions of nature.
