Full Professor | Faculty of Civil Engineering Marina Rakočević was born on August 18th 1962 in Bijelo Polje, Montenegro. She attended elementary school "Vladislav Sl. Ribnikar" in her home town. After graduation in 1976, she started the high school education at the " Miloje Dobrašinović Gymnasium" in Bijelo Polje with the primary orientation of the studies in the field of mathematics, which she successfully completed in 1980.
