Veselin N. Ivanović (IEEE A’02–M’08–SM’12) was born in Cetinje, Montenegro, April 10, 1970. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, 1993, and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Montenegro, 1996. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, 2001, in time-frequency signal analysis and architecture design for implementation of time-frequency methods and time-varying filtering.
