The new cycle of the Social Impact Award (SIA) program in Montenegro for 2024 opened

The Social Impact Award (SIA) offers young people aged 15 to 30 the opportunity to gain and develop various skills through project participation, win valuable awards and experience, and thus join a global network of young leaders and innovators working on solving social challenges through innovation and sustainability.

All interested participants will have the opportunity to participate in over 40 educational workshops and training sessions to be held in all three Montenegrin regions, as well as to receive mentorship support from recognized professionals. The four winning teams will also receive initial capital for their business idea in the amount of 1,500 euros, and the chance to present their acquired knowledge and skills at the international SIA Summit, which this year takes place in Mannheim, Germany.

Applications for this years cycle opened on March 27 and will last until May 31, and the application can be submitted via the provided link.

In addition to general sponsors, the SIA program partners include Coca-Cola HBC Montenegro, Idea-CG, Central Bank of Montenegro, University of Montenegros Career Development and Lifelong Learning Office, and University Donja Gorica, with support also provided by Neregelia, Alter Modus, the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, NEST Coworking, and The Chedi Luštica Bay.

The Social Impact Award (SIA) is the largest European support program for youth social entrepreneurship, launched in 2009 by Impact Hub Vienna, in partnership with the Erste Foundation and the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Since 2022, this project in Montenegro has been implemented by the NGO Center for Youth Education.
