Dragan Radonjić was born on 15 July 1955, in Sarajevo. He graduated from the Law Faculty in Podgorica in 1977, took his master degree at the law Faculty in Belgrade in 1981, and obtained his PhD at the law Faculty in Podgorica in 1985. He has been employed at the Faculty of Law in Podgorica since 1978, being appointed gradually to all university titles, from teaching assistant to full professor. He served as the Chair of the Department for Business law, while his teaching subjects are Company law and Commercial law. He is the President of Montenegrin Assocation of Business Lawyers. ...
