Opis : Ovaj dokumet ima sveobuhvatan cilj da se izbjegne rizik gubitka statusa na UNESCO-voj Listi svjetske baštine Kotora, kroz definiciju i implementaciju jasnog planskog okvira, kako bi se regulisao prekomjeran pritisak turističke privrede na lokalitet i prekomjeran razvoj komercijalnih nekretnina. Posebno, ovaj dokument ima namjeru da odgovori na odluku 40 COM 7B.54 prihvaćenu tokom 40. sjednice Komiteta za svjetsku baštinu (http://unesdoc.unesco.org/images/0024/002492/249274e.pdf) here reported (p.124):


This document has the overarching goal of avoiding the risk of losing status on the UNESCO World Heritage List of Kotor, through the definition and implementation of a clear planning framework, to regulate the excessive pressure of the tourism industry on the site and the excessive development of commercial real estate.
