Opis : Primarni cilj projekta je osiguranje veće zapošljivosti diplomiranih studenata prava u Crnoj Gori, primjenom najsavremenijih metoda u kliničkom praktičnom obrazovanju, kroz organizovanje živih klinika. Direktan kontakt sa živim klijentima na pravnim klinikama pružiće studentima priliku da se bave pravom tokom studija i poboljšaju svoje pravne vještine ne samo kroz simulirane procese i teorijske studije. Pripadnici ranjivih grupa direktno će imati koristi od realizacije ovog projekta, jer će dobiti besplatnu pravnu pomoć i zastupanje, što će takođe imati veći uticaj na ostvarivanje prava članova ovih grupa.


The primary goal of the project is to ensure improve employability of graduate law students in Montenegro, thru implementation of the most advanced methods in clinical practical education, thru organisation of the live clinics. The direct contact with the live clients at the legal clinics will give students the chance to practice law during their studies and to improve their lawyering skills not only thru simulated processes and theoretical studies. Members of the vulnerable groups will also directly benefit from the realisation of this project since they will receive free legal aid and representation, which will also have a greater impact on the exercise of the rights of the members of these groups.
