After passing the General Theory of Law exam, students will be able to: define and explain the concepts of state and law; legal norms and legal acts; differentiate general and individual legal acts and recognize their characteristics; learn about the functions of the state and types of state bodies; and define the concepts of autonomy, regionalization, and federalism. Students will become familiar with the ideas of the rule of law, as well as the principles of constitutionality and legality, and will delve into the basics of the legal interpretation process.
