After the student passes this exam, he will be able to: explain the meaning of the principles of formalism and consensualism in the legal system; explain the reasons for the "renaissance of form" in contemporary law; explain different forms of contracts; recognize the different functions of the contract form; explain the legal consequences of failure to comply with the form; explain the notarial form as the most significant form ad solemnitatem in Montenegrin law; recognizes the peculiarities of different formal contracts, where the form is a condition of their validity; compare legal norms on formal contracts with solutions in comparative legislation.
