PROCESNO DOKAZNO PRAVO

After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: perceive the importance of Procedural law of evidence as the most important part of the criminal procedure law; explain the relationship between specific criminal procedure acts, especially between proof and actions of decision-making; properly interpret and understand the relationship between the basic concepts of the law of evidence as proof, source of evidence, means of proof, proof; analyze specific facts and different essential or crucial facts from irrelevant facts for the correct application of the provisions of material and procedural criminal law; properly define the distribution of the burden of proof so that in each case matter is being approached without prejudice and preconceptions until the process is complete a final verdict.
