After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: explain the concept of Labour Law as a special law branch, its relationship with other law branches and the basic institutes of Labour Law; critically evaluate proposals for normative regulation of questions that are affecting the labour relation or are about labour; explain basic characteristics and the procedure of realization of individual rights in Labour Law; explain basic characteristics and the procedure of securing collective rights; explain the way of realization of rights based on employment (health insurance rights, retirement/disability insurance and the rights in case of unemployment).
