After they successfully complete all the thematic fields of the course, students will be able to successfully explain the strategies of managing the business of commercial and investment banks, compare specificities of commercial and investment banks, make decisions on managing deposit potentials, credit portfolio, optimal volume and rate of the banks capital and simultaneous management of assets and liabilities, decide on the public placement of securities emission, recommend access to debt securities on the primary market and test broker-dealer, speculative and arbitration context of the secondary market, recommend adequacy of financial engineering, investment management and consolidation for the purpose of investment banking.
