Biography - Jelena Šaković Jovanović

I was born on 18.09.1974. I graduated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica in 2000 and received the top honours for my results. I defended Doctoral dissertation in 2009 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. I published more than 60 articles in international journals and at international conferences and more than 50 articles in national journals and at national conferences. I was worked at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering since 2000 as a teaching assistant and in 2010 I have become assistant professor.  Senate of the University of Montenegro, adopted the decision to elect me on  the position of full professor of the University of Montenegro in the field of Industrial Engineering.

After attending many trainings I obtained certificates in following fields:

  • QMS (Quality Management System) according to ISO 9001 standard
  • EMS (Environmental Management System) according ISO 14001 standard
  • HACCP concept 
  • "Eco Hotel" auditor
  • Energy Management System (ISO 50001)
  • Accreditaion laboratory according ISO 17025 standard
  • Accreditation of control bodies according ISO 17020 standard
