Conference "Poland-Montenegrin relations, experiences and perspectives"
The Faculty of Political Science in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland was organized by 6. June conference on "Polish-Montenegrin relations, experiences and perspectives of cooperation". The conference, opened by introductory exposures by the Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences, prof. Dr. Boris Vukićević and job dispatch A.I. Poland in Montenegro, nj. E. Małgorzata Łakota-Micker, was organized in four thematic panels, where Montenegrin and Polish experts participated. The panel was attended by members of the diplomatic corps in Montenegro, former ambassadors, interested scientific public and students.
On the first panel, "political and diplomatic cooperation," said Ramiz Bašić, Boris Pejović, Boris Pejović, Vice President of the Group of the Polish-Montenegrin Friendship, Future Ambassador of Montenegro in the Republic of Poland, Tomasz Głogowski, Chairman of the Polish-Balkan Parliamentary groups in the Sey of the Republic of Poland and Grzegorz Matusiak, Chairman of the Polish-Montenegrin Parliamentary Group in the Sey of the Republic of Poland. The panel moderator was a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Bojan Vukojicic. The history of Polish-Montenegrin relations is presented on the panel after 2006. year, with a reference to the cultural connections dating back to the 19th century. In addition, the existing parliamentary cooperation between the Parliament of Montenegro and Polish Sejma was analyzed, and the special emphasis of the panel was supported by Poland to Montenegro on the path of European integration, with the practical advice of Polish parliamentarians how to intensify that path.
On the second panel, EU integration, economic cooperation and education ", prof. Dr. Gordana Đurović from the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, prof. Dr. Marta Witkowska from the Faculty of Political Science Department for the University of Warsaw, as well as Vanja Drljević, the director of the National Erasmus + Office in Montenegro. The panel was moderated by a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Dr. Mladen Grgić. The panel participants spoke about the European Unions team, the experiences of Polish accession that can use Montenegro for the fact that the benefits of European funds for the candidate countries and the best use them. In addition, part of the panel was dedicated to the international student exchange between Poland and Montenegro, stating the continuous growth of the interest of Montenegrin exchange students at Polish universities.
On the third panel called "Security Cooperation,", was analyzed by Polish-Montenegrin security cooperation and security challenges for these two countries. In addition, there were also words about the perspective of security cooperation of Poland and Montenegro. Panel spoke prof. Dr. Milica Pejanović - Đurišić from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Montenegro, prof. Dr. Mehmedin Tahirović from University of Donja Gorica and Colonel Przemysław Bałut, the military attachments of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Podgorica and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tirana. The panel moderator was Todor Lakić, a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Sciences.
Last, Fourth Panel, on the topic, "historical, scientific, cultural cooperation" were characterized by the Academician and Political Social and Political Social Government, as well as the aspects of cultural, scientific and historical cooperation, with a special reference to Poland diplomacy in relation to European integration of Montenegro. Panel spoke prof. Dr. Adnan Cancel from the Faculty of Philosophy of Montenegro, Dr. Mirella Korzeniowska - Wiszniewska from the Institute of Political Sciences and International Relations of the University of Jagelonica from the Institute of Political Sciences and International Yagelon University Relations and prof. Dr. Magdalena Rekść from the scientific research center of the University of Lodja - the Faculty of International and Political Studies and the Scientific Research Center "Balkan on the crossing from 20. in 21. century". The panel moderator was Dragana Žarić, MA, a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Sciences.
