International Scientific Conference "Integration of the Western Balkans into the Internal Market of the European Union - Challenges and Perspectives" Held

The International Scientific Conference "Integrating the Western Balkans and the European Union's Internal Market - Challenges and Prospects" was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro (Integrating the Western Balkans into the European Union Internal Market - Challenges and Prospects), on the occasion of 50 years , and under the auspices of the Jean Monnet module in EU internal market law, which has been conducted in the Business and Legal Department of Master Studies since 2020 (MLEUIM - Jean Monnet Module in the Law of the EU Internal Market). https://www.mleuim.ucg.ac.me/

The two-day conference (3-4 June) brought together regional professors with proven results in researching the acquis communautaire, international lecturers, as well as domestic professors and practitioners. At the Conference, certificates of successful completion of the Jean Monnet module were awarded to first-generation students of the MLEUIM project.

The conference resulted in a significant number of texts dealing with various topics of internal market law, and all papers will be presented in the Proceedings which will be published as one of the results of the MLEUIM project and serve as important scientific and professional material in further research. the path of Montenegro and the integration of the Western Balkan countries into the internal market of the European Union.
