The International GEA (Geo Eco-Eco Agro) conference is designed as an event where researchers from the fields of geosciences, ecology, economics and agriculture, as well as from the fields of eco-architecture and rural architecture, will present their scientific contributions. Aim of the conference is to be a gathering point for scientists from almost all over the world who will exchange experiences, opinions and ideas on topics as subject of the Conference. Due to particular situation related to the corona pandemic, this time the gathering was organized online, via Internet, which was a special challenge for organizer of this gathering.

The international team of the GEA (Geo Eco-Eco Agro) conference, led by Professor Velibor Spalević from the University of Montenegro, seeks to unite scientific research and practices. The idea is to establish new bridges between researchers from the region and beyond; to get to know each other and stay further connected among each other.

Now, at the end of May 2020, we present research results among colleagues at a series of formal meetings of this Conference, and later in informal communication: on current initiative for adaptation and resilience to climate change and approaching sustainable management of natural resources to agriculture, forestry, economy and ecology.

Young researchers in the region will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge, experience, network and participate in discussions. We will give colleagues the opportunity to present their student work in a special session for young researchers.

This international conference will make all participants more famous names in academic circles of our region, while confirming that they are active members of the academic community.

The opportunity is given to get acquainted with different perspectives and attitudes, as well as to learn new ideas and follow current trends in a different environment from the one we have every day.
