Awarded Students of the Faculty of Architecture – Participants of the Call for Environmental Design Project in Facilities of Technical Faculties

The Student Parliament of the University of Montenegro and the NGO Student Cultural Center, in cooperation with the Faculty of Architecture of UMNE, presented two equal awards to best participants of the Student Competition for interior design of multifunctional "co-working" space in the building of technical faculties of the University of Montenegro.

The winners are Sara Tomić and Elena Simović for the work submitted coded "A6688F", as well as the work under the code "22ZFBC", whose authors are: Irena Radulović, Luka Petričić and Benjamin Heldić).

Prizes were awarded with an insight into joint project for implementation, including bill of quantities and estimation of the planned works, and distributed in accordance with envisaged total fund for prizes.

Awards were presented by the President of the Student Parliament of UMNE Saša Roćen and the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica, Svetlana K. Perović, PhD.

Awards ceremony was also attended by Ivica Todorović - Manager of the Career Center of UMNE and Aleksandar Šipčić - Student Commissioner of SPUMNE, and members of the competition jury: Veljko Radulović, PhD, MSc Sanja Paunović Žarić and MSc Marija Ćaćić, as well as Vladimir Fatić - student commissioner at the Faculty of Architecture.

Participants expressed satisfaction with competition in which the University, using its own resources and students' motivation to valorize student space, managed to achieve notable results in the competition, which is expected to be implemented in upcoming months.
