Call for employers to participate in the 5th Internships and Scholarships Fair 2024

The Career Development and Lifelong Learning Office of the University of Montenegro invites all interested employers to apply for participation in the 5th Internships and Scholarships Fair by October 10th – take the opportunity to present your company and connect with promising young talents!

The fair, which will be organized for final-year students during the last week of October, aims to establish connections between students and employers in their future professions and fields of interest. This event provides a unique opportunity for University of Montenegro students to present themselves to employers through direct or online interviews lasting 15 to 20 minutes and learn about available opportunities, which may include internships or scholarships. The fair is also an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable insights into the business world by learning about various companies operating in Montenegro through direct communication.

Employers participating in such events gain direct access to a diverse pool of students, have the opportunity to meet many potential candidates from various academic fields, and can enhance their brand visibility and community engagement, contributing to their organizations reputation and social responsibility. 

This year’s Internship and Scholarship Fair is held under the auspices of the All4Life project, which aims to involve the Alumni community in the educational, research, and development segments of the University of Montenegro.

Through the involvement of the Alumni community, the focus of the fair is on improving students career opportunities, enhancing conditions for the employment of young professionals, and supporting their professional development, with the goal of strengthening the connection between the University of Montenegro and the business sector. 

The Internships and Scholarships Fair is an event that the Career Development Office and the Lifelong Learning Center have successfully organized for five consecutive years, demonstrating its sustainability and the growing need for such a platform. Each year, it is recognized as an important and highly attended event. This year, based on employer interest, participation is expected from 70-100 companies and institutions.

Interested employers can apply for participation by sending an email to: razvojkarijere@ucg.ac.me. In the application, it is necessary to specify the positions available for internships or scholarships, in line with the company’s business sector, and include information on which faculty you are seeking candidates from. Participation in the fair is completely free, and the only expectation is that you interview all candidates who apply for an internship at your company.
