Third Training of Fifth Generation of Participants of Student Business Hub Program

On the University of Montenegro third in a row training is held within free training program Student Business Hub which is implemented organized by the Career development and Lifelong Learning Office on the University of Montenegro in cooperation with company “Balance to Business”.

In third training, partially held in nature, Giving and receiving feedback is topic also discussed, attendees also had the opportunity to learn how adequately give feedback and how negative feedback should not be accepted as something bad, but as constructive guidance.     

Main lecturer at the training is Jelena Vuletić, the founder of Balance to Business, and the guest of the third lecture was the founder of CMM Montenegro, who spoke about her professional and personal experience in this field.

The goal of the entire training is to prepare the students for the business environment and work on their business skills.
