FOR COLLECTING BIDS (TENDER) FOR LEASING LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RETAIL FOOD TRADE IN SPECIALIZED STORES AND MOBILE CATERING FACILITIES

The subject of the Public Invitation is the collection of bids for the lease of land - part of the cadastral parcel number 1340/1, registered in the list of real estate 974 KO Podgorica I, Podgorica, in an area of ​​30 m2 at Bulevar Mihaila Lalića No. 5 (courtyard side of business object).

The minimum (initial) amount of rent, on an annual basis, is set at 1,350.00 euros, excluding VAT.

The rent is paid at once, when concluding the land lease agreement.

The land referred to in paragraph 1 of the Public Invitation is leased for a definite period of time, for a period of one year, with the possibility of extending the contract in accordance with the law.

The land is leased for retail trade in food stores and mobile catering facilities, ie the installation of a temporary (assembly-disassembly) facility - a summer garden that would be separated from the building, so as not to disturb the existing condition and interfere with the main pedestrian flows and entrances to facilities. Special conditions for arranging the temporary facility will be defined by the Lease Agreement and urban-technical conditions.

The bidder may tour the subject land, by on-site inspection, during which the Public Invitation is open, on working days (Monday-Friday), in the period from 12:00 to 14:00, contact phone: 069 / 445- 345.

The public call is open from the day of publication in the daily print media that is distributed throughout Montenegro and on the website of the University of Montenegro  www.ucg.ac.me, until October 8, 2021, until 14.00.
