Learning outcomes | After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: identify, define and explain basic problems of criminal and criminal procedural law; compare different theoretical views, discuss their relation and argue the pros and cons of specific understandings in this area; analyze and criticize comparative solutions in this field and draw conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of certain solutions; independently determine the topic and conduct original research with scholarly integrity; apply the acquired knowledge in further scientific and practical work and continue self improvement. |
