Aims The aim of this subject is to explortion the mechanical properties of the locomotor system and its motor potentials, systematization and motion optimization as well as training and testing procedures and technologies, in order to achieve the best sports results in physical education, top sports and recreational sports.
Learning outcomes Once a student passes this exam, he will be able to: know the anatomical basis of the human movement as well as the ontological concepts of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system; summarizes the basic concepts in the field of anthropometry; analyzes changes and adaptations of the bone-muscular system under the influence of physical activity; describes the basic concepts of kinematics and kinetics as well as energetics.
