BEZBJEDNOSNI MENADŽMENT

After passing this exam, it is expected that the student will be able to: explain the system, the management and coordination of the work of the security services; explain the position and role of the security sector in the modern system of government; properly interpret regulations from the domain of service in the security sector; apply appropriate regulations to specific situations in the work force with special powers; differentiate principles and mechanisms of controling public authorities in the security sector, their logic and significance, with special emphasis on understanding the need for strong control of the security sector and respect for human rights.
