After passing this exam, it is expected that the student will be able to: explain the system and the basic institutions of administrative law; explain the connection between the administrative branches of government with legal and judicial authority, particularly its work in the security sector; correctly interpret regulations in the field of labor administration and determine those that are relevant for solving specific cases; apply appropriate regulations to specific administrative matters and understand the interconnectedness of major institutes in administrative law; explain the principles and mechanisms of controling public authorities, their logic and significance, with special emphasis on understanding the need for strong control of the security sector and respect for human rights.
