After the student passes this exam, he will be able to: properly interpret the practice in the field of international legal protection of human rights, with a special emphasis on the rights of refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and stateless persons; apply relevant international and domestic regulations and standards created in the practice of international bodies, with a special emphasis on UNHCR; provides legal advice in the field of refugee, immigrant, asylum seeker and stateless law; contributes to activities in the fight against statelessness; spreads knowledge about relevant international legal rules, both at the level of the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union, and at the level of Montenegrin law.
