After passing the exam, the student will be able to: explain the key terms and categories of andragogic didactics; distinguishes the basic contents and organizational models of adult education; explain the characteristics of adult learning and the peculiarities of the teaching process in adult learning; explain the planning, organization and evaluation of educational/teaching work with adults; explain the specifics of the teachers role in adult education and learning.
