After passing the exam, the student should be able to describe the poetics, stylistic, and genre characteristics of Weimar Classicism and Romanticism literature, as well as perform their clear periodization. They will be able to categorize German literary works from the 18th and early 19th centuries according to stylistic formations, genres, and types, and list the most significant authors of this period. They will possess the skill to recognize central motifs in the works covered in the course curriculum, considering their cultural-historical context.
