After completing the course and passing the exam, the student should be able to: 1. Present contemporary attitudes in the policy of foreign languages. 2. Recognize the levels of language competence. 3. Distinguish the peculiarities of certain multimedia tools, their advantages and disadvantages when used in foreign language teaching. 4. Connect theoretical knowledge with concrete examples in the field of language testing. 5. Explain the value of language levels in modern foreign language teaching.
