After the student passes this exam, he is able to: - explain the phenomenon of functional style, distinguish functional styles of the Russian language; - adequately interprets texts of different functional styles that correspond to level C1.1 in scope and complexity; - understands the content of the statement, the goals and communicative intentions of the speaker, the emotional-expressive coloring of the statement; ─ compose a written text that belongs to the business style in accordance with the norm of the standard Russian language.
