After passing this exam, the student will be able to recognize and use phraseologism in different functional styles, explain its features, classify it and point out the differences between phraseological and free word combinations. 2. Recognizes the processes of formation of phraseological units, their origin, function and structure in a sentence. 3. Recognize phraseological synonyms and antonyms. 4. Spot the elements of national culture in phraseological units.
