After passing this exam, the student will be able to: • Analyze existing models of leadership in sports practice; • Identify optimal styles of leadership that can be applied in a certain situation or in overcoming crisis in organisation; • Understand the concept of forming teams that are appropriate in the situation and modulate process of motivating team members towards goal achieving; • Apply concepts of managing organisation in a way that enables focusing and motivating members towards reaching common goals; • Apply techniques of leadership and profile style of managing adequate in certain circumstances; • Apply the concept of making balance in organisation through the style of leadership that minimizes influence of crisis or conflicts.
