EVROPSKO RADNO PRAVO

Students will have the opportunity to become familiar with the standards of the European Union related to the basic legal institutes of labor law, such as: flexible forms of work (fixed-term and part-time employment), working hours and vacations, protection women at work, reconciling professional and family obligations. In addition, students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with European standards related to the protection of the rights of employees in the event of collective dismissal, in the event of a change of employer, as well as in the event of the employers insolvency.
