After successfully passing the course, the student will be able to: Explain the specifics of management in terms of activity as well as its importance in the social sector; Master basic managerial skills and competencies; Get to know the importance of management for social work both at the institutional and non-institutional level; Understand the importance of human resources as a potential for proactive work in all fields of social work; Analyze the situation in social services in order to create social sector development policy measures.
