After a student passes this exam, they will be able to: - Understand the meaning of semantically or phonetically similar terms in the supporting professions, as well as to differentiate between these terms (e.g. counselling/psychotherapy; direct/directional, etc.) - Comprehend the significance of psychological background of the supporting process, as well as the significance of the relationship between a social worker – user/client in this process; - Understand the fundamental theoretical concepts which are significant for counselling in social work (psychosocial work, existentialist perspectives, humanistic concept); - Apply the fundaments forms of interventions which belong to the domain of counselling in social work
