SISTEMI SOCIJALNE SIGURNOSTI

After successfully passing the course, the student will be able to: explain the continuity of social policy development in Montenegro; distinguish between the effects of different determinants on the current concept of the social policy of the state of Montenegro; understand the strategic directions of development of the state of Montenegro in the processes of social reforms (decentralisation and deinstitutionalisation); analyse the most significant examples of social reforms in the areas of social protection, social housing, anti-poverty policies, inclusive policies, etc.; describe the role of the state, local self-governments, non-governmental organisations and citizens associations in creating the social policy of the state of Montenegro; get acquainted with the measures and instruments that are applied to encourage social development and promote social justice.
