After passing the exam, students will be able to: - Explain the most important theoretical directions in understanding the issue of ethnicity and ethnic relations; - Recognizes the most important models of the state's relationship towards ethno-cultural pluralism; - Explain the most important policies for managing ethnic differences in contemporary democratic contexts; - Explain and understand the most important factors that cause ethnic tensions, tensions and conflicts; - Applies acquired knowledge in order to recognize and explain the most important problems in ethnic relations in contemporary societies;
