After passing the exam, the student will be able to: recognize the quality and purpose of fruit fruits, determine the degree of maturity and the date of the beginning of the harvest, regulate the storage regime of fruits in cooling chambers, recognize changes and diseases caused during fruit storage, and knows advanced techniques for preserving fruits.
