Learning outcomes:

After the student passes the exam, will be able to: -Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about the technological processes of food preservation; Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about the types and methods of operation of various machines and apparatus for food preservation; Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about food packaging methods; Acquire theoretical knowledge about food preservation methods; - Apply an engineering approach in defining and solving problems in food preservation technology.
