After successfully completing the course, students will be able to: 1. Identify and explain the basic economic laws in the creation of agricultural and rural policy measures at different levels 2. Evaluate the results of the agrarian policy measure 3. Assess and compare the role of agriculture and rural areas in different stages of economic development 4. Identify key socio-economic advantages and disadvantages in the process of creating agrarian and rural policy 5. Collect basic market data and independently or as a team prepare a proposal for an agrarian policy program at the local level
