It is expected that students after passing the exam in Management Theory will be able to: - Evaluate the work and the role of managers in a company, management levels and describe the knowledge and skills needed by managers; - Describe company’s stakeholders and create the SWOT analysis, vision, mission and company goals; - Explain and illustrate goal types, the efficiency and the effectiveness of a company; - Analyze organizational conflicts, their causes, area and ways of solving; - Identify the characteristics, features, similarities and differences between managers, entrepreneurs and leaders; - Describe the planning process in the enterprise, as well as the right method of prediction and decision-making; - Describe the process of organization of the company (determine the control range, the degree of centralization / decentralization, organizational structure model); - Describe the process of management (leadership) and key principles of human resource management; - Describe the control process in the company; - Describe the corporate social responsibility and business ethics.
