• Students define, understand and explain various concepts of enterprise value • Students analyze, synthesize and apply different methods of assessing the value of companies and capital • Students choose an assessment method depending on the goal and purpose of the assessment • Independently prepare a report on the valuation of the companys capital in accordance with EVS and IVSC • Students use and apply International Valuation Standards (IVSC) and European Valuation Standards (EVS). • Students understand and use different models for determining the cost of capital. • Students understand and use the time value of money technique - the discount model. • Students apply standard methods and instruments of analysis in the function of company value assessment.
