Upon completion of this course, student will be able to give theoretical and practical interpretation of the basic processes and labor market trends, analyze microeconomic and macroeconomic aspects of the organization of work, analyze economic effects of collective bargaining and social dialogue,analyze functions of human resources management in private and public sector and offer effective solutions and to work effectively and efficiently in a team.
