Biography

SHORT BIOGRAPHY:

I was born on 03/03/1994 in Niksic, Montenegro, where I finished elementary and high school. During my education I won several awards at the Republic and State Competitions in Chemistry; was a participant of several summer schools for young talents from Biology and Chemistry; was the winner of numerous scholarships and awards. Faculty of Medicine, University of Montenegro (study program medicine) I enrolled in the study  2012/13. and ended on May 28, 2018 with an average grade A (9.69). During the course of my studies, I received more annual awards from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for the achieved success during the studies. For the last four years I have been selected as a student-demonstrator at the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Chemistry at the faculty. I am the winner of the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts award. I was a scholar of the Municipality of Niksic and the Ministry of Education of Montenegro. I was a  member of the Council of the Medical Faculty in front of students. I participated in numerous educations (seminars, congresses, etc.) from various fields of medicine. During July 2016 I was on a one-month professional exchange of medical students in the field of neurology at the University Clinic in Bratislava, the Slovak Republic.

By the decision of the Council of the Medical Faculty of the University of Montenegro, I was selected as a teaching assistant in the field of Medical Biochemistry. I conduct exercises from the following subjects: Medical Biochemistry and Chemistry, study program Medicine; Medical Biochemistry, study program Pharmacy; General and Oral biochemistry, study program Stomatology.

Currently, I am working in Clinic for Neurology, Clinical centre of Montenegro - resident doctor.

I am a member of the Montenegrin Science Promotion Foundation, where I actively participate in the organization of summer and winter schools for young talents in the field of science. I speak English. I know the basics of working on my computer.
