Biography - Jovović Nataša

Natasa Jovovic was born in Niksic, 1983. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy (Nikšić) at the Department of Serbian Language and South Slavic Literatures in 2008, at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Montenegro. Natasa has been employed as a teaching assistant since 2009 for the following courses: Introduction to Linguistics, General Linguistics, Discourse Analysis, Syntax, Contemporary Montenegrin language at the study programmes at the Department of the Montenegrin langauge and South Slavic Literatures, the department of the Serbian language and South Slavic literatures as well as at the Teacher training department.

Natasa Jovovic defended her masters thesis in the field of psycholinguistics entiteld Acquisition of the terms denoting kinship relations among children aged 5-6 years, while the PhD thesis , entiteld Syntactic and Stylistic Peculiarities in the Novels of Mihailo Lalic was defended in 2016. She has been particularly interested in Psycholinguistics, Syntax and Linguistic stylistics.
