Biography - Savićević Sreten

I was born on June 28, 1956. in Sarajevo. Elementary school and high technical school of mechanical department ended with excellent success in Podgorica. I was enrolled in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica and completed the same in 1982 with average grade of 9.04 during the study and 10 in the diploma exam. For an excellent success during the course of my studies, I received the 1976 Award of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and in 1979 the University Award. During the study I was a demonstrator on Material Resistance. I was the Vice-Rector Student of the University in 1978.

I am the winner of the Plaque of the Union of Syndicate of Yugoslavia for innovative work. As a member of the team, I participated in numerous professional papers, some of which were patented. I was a member of the teams that worked on projects of SIZ for scientific activities of the Republic of Montenegro within ITI. During the cooperation of ITI with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Maribor, on the program of installation of computer equipment and software package BERSAFE for the analysis of FEM, I was in 1989 in the Laboratory for Technical Software (LATES) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Maribor.

In 1995, I defended a master thesis titled "Analysis of Stresses and Strain in Structural Elements of the Shell Shape Form" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade.

In 2001, I defended my doctoral dissertation entitled "Development of Automated Design of Structural Elements of The Shell Shape Form" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica.

I participated in the realization of a larger number of professional and scientific research projects, from which I emphasize the latest projects:

• Modeling and simulation of the deformation process, Ministry of Education and Science of Montenegro (2007-2010).
• Development of technological processes using the information measurement system and numerical simulations, Ministry of Science of Montenegro (2012-2015).

I received the award of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro in 2010 for the innovation.

I was the dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the two mandates in the period 2002-2007. I also performed the dean's duties and later in the period 2013-2015.

I was President of the Council for Professional Education of the Government of Montenegro in the period 2009-2011. year. I took the duty of the President of the Council for High Education of the Government of Montenegro in the period 2010-2014. year.

DATA ON WORKING PLACES AND ELECTIONS TO SCIENTIFIC TITLES

I started working in 1984 at the Institute for Technical Research (ITI) of the University of Montenegro. In 1986, I was elected as an associate at ITI. In 1990, I was elected to a higher professional associate on jobs and tasks at the Institute of Mechanical Constructions at ITI.

In the same 1990, I was elected at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering as a assistant trainee at the Department of Mechanics indefinitely for part-time work, because I was employed at the Institute.

In 1993, I was elected as an assistant trainee for indefinitely full-time work and established a working relationship with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. In 1995, I was elected as an assistant for full-time work at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

By the Decision No. 01-873 of October 8, 2001. year I was selected as assistant professor at the University of Montenegro.

By the Decision No. 08-420 of March 25, 2010. year I was elected as an associate professor at the University of Montenegro.
