Biography - Vujadinović Ljiljana

Ljiljana Vujadinovic was born on 6th March 1960 in Niksic, where she finished primary and secondary schools (High School ``Stojan Cerovic``).

In academic 1978/79 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade-University of Belgrade she started studying at Sociology Department, where she graduated on 9th May 1983.

At the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade she started postgraduate studies, Sociology Department-programme Sociology of Settlement with master thesis called ``Sociological aspects in development of Niksic in post-war period``.

Doctoral dissertation named Sociology of Living in SFRJ (1960-1990) she defended on 17th December 2010 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Niksic, under mentorship of prof.dr Sreten Vujovic, regular professor of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. The dissertation represents thorough scientific analysis of living as a social fact in socialist time period and overall interpretation on the base of available empirical researches. This paper represents a qualitative contribution in foundation of the Sociology of living reaching its full scientific affirmation in transitional period.

At the Faculty of Philosophy-Sociology Department she has been hired since 1986 as a teaching associate at subjects: Theory of Culture and Needs I and II, Sociology of Art I and II, and Sociology of Town I and II. She has been hired at the same subjects as a teacher since 2014/15.

She has been a member of editorial board of sociology magazine ``Socioloska luca``.
