Biography - Dožić Nikola

Born 19. december 1980. in Kolasin/Montenegro.

He graduated in 2003 at Faculty of Law in Podgorica. He was a scholarship holder of the German Foundation "Konrad Adenauer" for postgraduate studies in the country and scholarships of the Government of Montenegro for postgraduate studies.

In 2010 he finished his LL.M. studies at the University "Mediterranean" and defended the thesis titled: "Products liability."

In 2014 he finished his PhD studies at the Law School of Union University in Belgrade adn defended doctoral dissertation on the topic "Insurance fraud".

From 2007 to 2009 he worked at the Securities Commission of the Republic of Montenegro. From 2008 to 2014 he worked as a teaching assistant at the Law Faculty of the Mediterranean University.

From September 2012 to February 2014 he was a Acting Vice-Dean of the Law Faculty of the Mediterranean University. From October 2012 to February 2014, was a member of the Ethics Committee of the University of the Mediterranean. In November 2012, he was appointed as Secretary General of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro. In December of 2013, he was appointed Secretary of the editorial board of the law journal Legal Proceedings.

From February 2014 he is working as a teaching assistants at the University of Montenegro at civil law chair.

In November 2016 he has been elected Secretary general of the Centre of young scientist at Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts

In January and February of 2017 he conducted the academic research at the Europa-Institut - Saaraland University (Germany) within SEE | EU Cluster of Excellence in European and International Law.
